What are your units made from? What are the dimensions and weight?
Our two most common units are our 20’ and 40’ storage containers. These containers are made from 14 gauge corrugated steel walls and roof with 1.125” Marine grade wood flooring. The units are 20’ and 40’ in length respectively, while both being 8’6” tall and 8’ wide. The 20’ shipping container weights 4,850 lbs. with a capacity of 1,100 cu. ft. while the 40’ weighs 9,000 lbs. with a 2,200 cu. ft. capacity.

What color are the storage units? Can I get my unit in a specific color?
Our standard rental units have a clean and professional appearance, being painted a neutral gray color to fit most surroundings. Used “As-Is” sale units are a variety of colors from maroon to light grey and will have some scratches, repairs, and rust. If you sign a long term lease or purchase a reconditioned unit we can give your unit a custom paint job with a wide array of colors including gray, beige, dark green, or brown.
Do you have units with more than just doors on the end?

How secure are your storage containers?
Our storage containers are made of heavy duty 14 gauge steel side walls and roof. The units have dual locking cam bars on each door to close and a space for a standard padlock to secure it. We also have units available with a steel lock box on the center of the doors which encloses the padlock to prevent tampering. Visit our Parts & Accessories Page for more information.
Will you bring the container to my location?
YES! Our well trained and experienced delivery specialists deliver and pick up our office and storage units from your site. Please visit our Service Area Page to see detailed information on where we can deliver your unit.
How much space is required for delivery?
The amount of space required for delivery is dependent upon the size of the unit and the equipment we use to deliver it. A 20’ storage container can be delivered on a straight truck, which will need approximately 80 feet of clearance, or on and tractor trailer, which will need around 100 feet of straight clearance. A 40’ storage container will be delivered with a tractor trailer and needs about 120 feet of straight clearance. All of our units need a minimum width of 10 feet to be delivered.
Is there any site preparation necessary?
No special site preparation is required, however the surface we will be placement site and path to it should be fairly level, smooth and firm. The unit can be delivered on dirt or grass as long as it is not too soft, but we prefer to place units on stone or pavement. Our delivery specialists come to every rental site with wooden blocks to level the container, increase ventilation, and protect the placement surface.
